Class Descriptions:

PiYO: Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of Yoga.

Instructor: Candace

Class Time: 45 minutes


Kickboxing: Kick and punch yourself in to shape! Fast paced high energy fun!

Instructor: Ashley

Class Time: 30 minutes

Tabata:  Tabata is a timed workout that involves all body parts in strength, agility, core and cardio. Intervals of 30-60 seconds of work followed by 10-30 seconds of rest.

Kettlebells 101: Intro on how to get an amazing workout with kettlebells. Yep, they are the weighted ball with handles on them. Never used them? Come try out our 30 minute class that will give you strength and cardio together from this fun little workout tool!

BootCamp101: 45-minute class For all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. This class will push you and motivate you to reach your true potential when working out. All kinds of workouts from interval training, to cardio to pure strength. Different class each time!

Class Time: 45 minutes

Weight Circuit: 60 minute super strength class! Mostly strength with a dash of cardio will get your heart pumping. Modifications for all fitness levels.

Class Time: 60 minutes
